Are you a landlord?

Landlords must be able to provide their tenants with an up-to-date Gas Safety record.

As a landlord it is a legal obligation to get an annual Gas SafetyCertificate. A current certificate must be in force when any new tenant enters a property.

Once our engineers have fitted or serviced your gas appliance we will leave you with a report that tells you whether your gas appliance or gas fitting has been checked to make sure it works safely and meets the correct safety standards. The certificate will also act as a reminder telling you when you next need to service the appliance.
